Who We Are

We are covid widows and widowers from across the United States who are seeking justice for our spouses who were harmed or had their death hastened by the rigid hospital covid protocols. We are joining together to seek justice and to advocate to improve the treatment for ALL covid patients while hospitalized.

What We Do

Picture

Covid Patient Advocacy During Hospitalization

Picture
Our mission and advocacy are for ALL covid patients regardless of vaccination status. Once your loved one steps through the hospital doors, that is where our advocacy begins.

We believe covid patients need an advocate at the bedside at all times. It is a well-known medical fact, having an advocate by the bedside improves patient medical outcomes.

We believe the rigid hospital covid protocols are a one-size-fits-all approach and not patient-centric care and are therefore ineffective and often times deadly.

We believe no one should die alone. It’s cruel, inhumane and unnecessary.

Contact us if your loved one is in the hospital, and you need patient advocacy services.

Covid Patient's Bill Of Rights

Restore Individualized Care

Covid Patient’s Bill of Rights:

1. Every Covid patient shall be treated with compassion and respect despite vaccination status.

2. An advocate of patient’s choice shall be allowed with the patient at all times.

3. A complete medical history and screening upon arrival to the hospital shall be completed, including family history of disease, to properly identify any co-morbidities or underlying health conditions.

4. A clear, written treatment plan shall be communicated to both the patient and their advocate of choice.

5. The treatment plan shall be tailored to the individual patient, taking into consideration all of the patient’s individual diseases, co-morbidities, underlying health conditions and specific health care needs.

6. The treatment plan shall not be altered without the patient’s consent and if patient is unable to consent, their advocate’s consent, to ensure continuity of care.

7. The patient shall be given the “Right to Try” antibiotics, steroids, and Ivermectin and any other FDA approved drugs at any point in their hospital stay. If patient is unable to make this request the patient’s chosen advocate may request it and it’s use shall be granted.

8. Any “Right to Try” medications shall be given at the most efficacious doses to be effective against secondary infections, inflammation and sepsis.

9. Prior to sedation and/or intubation, family members shall be allowed to visit the patient at the bedside.

10. The patient shall not be chemically restrained (via sedation) or physically restrained to the bed with wrist restraints without consent by either the patient or their advocate.

11. The patient shall be allowed to continue any medications they were previously taking at home.

12. The patient shall be allowed to be transferred to another hospital to receive a higher level of care. Hospitals must follow reasonable procedures in making transfers to other hospitals including confirmation of acceptance of the transfer by the receiving hospital.

13. The patient’s treatment including medications, nutrition and IV fluids shall not be discontinued without the consent of the patient or their advocate if patient cannot consent.

14. An advocate shall be allowed by the bedside at all time. No Covid patient shall be forced to die alone.
